Brett Woldanski

Head Performance Coach

I’m Brett Woldanski and after working in the fitness industry since 2008, I decided there was a better way to do things, so I opened X-Factor Athletic Performance in 2014. It was the best decision I could have made because I get to share my passion for strength and conditioning with a great community of people and each day I get to do work that matters. Over the years, I’ve had success in strength sports as a competitor, but what I am most proud of is the successes and accomplishments of the clients I work with.

Neal Collins

Performance Coach

Hello! My name is Neal “Big Neezy” Collins and I’m an Assistant Performance Coach here at X-Factor Athletic Performance. Strength training has been a part of my life for many years and when I was seriously injured in the job that I thought I would retire from, it allowed me to pursue this career that I truly love. I work with clients of all ages and with many different motivations, but I really enjoy working with youth athletes and helping people recover from injury and return to a life they can enjoy with little or no pain.

Kat Pham

Performance Coach

I recently graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology at VCU and have a huge passion for building confidence and changing lives of those who want to look good while eating well. I specialize in weight loss, strength & conditioning and building brighter futures for my clients!
